Dr. Andrew Dixon, D.C.

Dr. Andrew Dixon, a native of Huntington, West Virginia, is the Principal Doctor and Owner of Dixon Center for Integrative Health Care since 1989. Dr. Dixon is a graduate of Life Chiropractic College in Marietta, Georgia. Dr. Dixon’s commitment to family care over the past twenty years has enabled him to deliver the most comprehensive patient specific treatment to his patients and help their overall functional capability.

Dr. Dixon has been a member of many community boards including the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce and the Tennessee Chiropractic Association as well as a member of the American Chiropractic Association and the American Chiropractic Association Sports Council. Dr. Dixon enjoys weight lifting, fishing, and spending time with his family.

2015: The Tennessee Chiropractic Association (TCA) awarded Dr. Andrew Dixon of Bellevue with one of the Association’s highest honors, Chiropractor of the Year. “The doctor who receives this award demonstrates a spirit of exemplary service to their profession, the TCA, and their community,” Tiffany Stevens, executive director of the Tennessee Chiropractic Association, said. “A valued leader with a quick wit, who is even quicker to serve others, Dr. Andy Dixon has been a steady constant for chiropractic in Tennessee. Our organization is proud to honor such a dedicated chiropractic physician.” Originally from West Virginia, he attended Marshall University where he was involved in numerous sports until sidelined by injury. Personally experiencing the benefits of chiropractic care, he obtained his doctorate in chiropractic from Life Chiropractic College in 1986. In 1989 he opened Dixon Center of Chiropractic, now known as Dixon Center for Integrative Health Care.

He wasted no time volunteering his time with TCA and was elected Director of District 5 in 1995. Dr. Dixon was also recognized by his peers as Young Chiropractor of the Year in1997 before serving as Treasurer, Vice President, and finally President in 2014.

Among the leadership positions in his profession, he has contributed greatly to his community, as a member of the Bellevue Lions Club, Vice President of the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce and volunteers on the Outpatient Diagnostic Center Chiropractic Advisory Board. In 2021, Dr. Dixon was awarded the James R Cole Heritage Award from The Tennessee Chiropractic Association for lifetime achievement and career commitment to the chiropractic profession.

Well-regarded for his laid-back personality, when it comes to chiropractic Dr. Dixon is all business. For over 40 years, he has never lost his passion for the profession that he loves nor the drive to stand up and fight for the rights of chiropractic physicians and the patients they serve.

Dr. Christy O. Diaz, D.C.

Dr. Christy O. Diaz, a native of Haysi, Virginia, is a graduate of Life University in Marietta, Georgia. Dr. Diaz joined Dixon Center for Chiropractic Health Care in 2001, specializing in children and family care. Dr. Diaz was selected as the Tennessee Chiropractic Association ‘Young Chiropractor of the Year’ in 2007. Dr. Diaz has been married for nearly 30 years to a retired member of the Armed Forces, has one daughter, and is a member of St. Henry’s Catholic Church.

She is also a Board Certified Medical Examiner.

Dr. Hannah D. O’Brien, D.C.

Dr. Hannah is a Nashville native and knew all along she wanted to come back to this amazing community. Coming from a chiropractic family, Dr. Hannah has a passion for holistic health care and got her doctorate of chiropractic degree from Palmer Chiropractic College, graduating Magna Cum Laude.

During her time at Palmer College, Dr. Hannah obtained 105 clinical hours of educational acupuncture. This allows her to provide the service of dry needling to her patients. Dry needling has a multitude of benefits that work in conjunction with the benefits of chiropractic care.

Dr. Derek Pelofsky, D.C.

Dr. Derek Pelofsky is originally from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and is a graduate of Cleveland Chiropractic College in Los Angeles. After graduating from Chiropractic school, he owned and operated multiple offices in Los Angeles.

His passion for sports and medicine is what drove his aspiration to become a chiropractor. Growing up in a household of a spinal surgeon he knew he wanted to go into healthcare. However, after being treated by a sports chiropractor in college to help prolong his baseball career, he knew this what he wanted to do. Being able to help people decrease their pain, increase their performance and live healthier lives is what drives his passion. After graduating from Chiropractic school, Dr. Derek went on the become a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician which required him to complete over 100 hours of post-doctoral education in specialized sports medicine topics and pass a national board exam. His dedication to continue and advance his knowledge of the most up to date chiropractic and therapeutic techniques is what he prides himself on and being able to treat every patient like a professional athlete.

Arrah Addison

Arrah has been with our office for over 15 years and his passionate about serving others. She attended Middle Tennessee State University and Nashville State Community College where she developed her communication and leadership skills.

Arrah is proud to be part of such a progressive office that has helped so many people for so long in this community! She takes pride in hand-selecting our staff to create an outstanding team of medical and chiropractic professionals for our patients.

Arrah is a native of Dickson, Tennessee, and spent much of her childhood singing country music with her grandfather on the local radio and at Dickson's venue, The Grand Old Hatchery. She is vested in Bellevue where she lived for many years and married a "Bellevue boy", whom she has now been married to for just over 20 years and they have two beautiful children. Arrah is active in her church, is an avid reader, and enjoys spending time with family.

Patient Advocate

Judylee Carter

Judy-Lee has spent over 10 years in our office, starting out as a Medical Assistant, then moving to the position of Front Desk Manager, and now she has been promoted as our Patient Advocate. One of the most important roles in our practice is to offer services to patients that will help them with their overall health.

As your patient advocate, Judy-Lee will support all your healthcare needs by helping you with a variety of tasks, from getting your appointments scheduled with your provider in our office, coordinating your healthcare needs with other offices, as well as helping you maximize your health insurance benefits. We all know health insurance can be very confusing, and Judy-Lee has expertise on the matter and will be an ally with your insurance company to ensure they are fulfilling their obligation to you as their member.

Judy-Lee is a middle Tennessee native who studied medical courses at Columbia State Community College. She has years of experience in medical and chiropractic care as she is a Licensed Medical Assistant and a member of the Chiropractic Assistants of Tennessee. She has raised FOUR beautiful girls and has lived to tell the story! She is always willing to sit down and discuss your healthcare needs.
